A lot of bang for the buck comes with these Fox Performance Series 2.0 shocks. These have the most on-road comfort of any of the shocks I have tested (King 2.5", Elka 2.0", OEM Bilstein). If you are looking for a little extra ride height, and a huge improvement over stock in on-road comfort, this Fox shock kit would be hard to beat for this price point.
Fox claims 2" of increased front ride height out of the box, but what i experienced on my 2023 4wd Platinum (non hybrid) was 1-5/8" front lift, with 3-1/8" of droop travel. I preloaded the coil overs an extra 1/8" to get the ride height to 1-7/8" lift with 2-7/8" of droop travel, I do not recommend going up any higher than that as the lack of droop travel is definitely noticeable in certain situations.
Using this shock kit on a rear coil sprung truck will level out the rake nicely, while a rear air ride truck may need a little adjustment on the ride height sensors to bring the rear up to provide a level stance.
